COVID-19 UPDATE.

Hello everyone and welcome to MPSFiT website.

Due to popular demand MPSFiT are pleased to announce the opening of their new studio in ASPLEY 4/1373 Gympie Rd and we are still operational at 1/19-23 Felix St Lutwyche. With 2 Northside studios to choose from for convenience call today to book in for your obligation free screening assessment. 

Clients, Prospective Clients and Visitors to MPSFiT, as you all are aware, with the threat of covid-19, MPSFiT had to close its studio in Lutwyche until it is safe to practice once again indoors – great news we are open again with some outstanding deals.

Please remember we here at MPSFiT, train all levels of clientele fitness from raw beginner to professional fitness models.

Even if you don’t want to get on stage but want to get the body of your dreams, we here at MPSFiT can help you achieve those goals.

The most effective way to get that beach body you have always wanted is weights/low-intensity cardio/good nutrition and the correct amount of sleep. We here at MPSFiT can help you with exactly all of the above.

  • $66 for 45minute personal session
  • $88 for 45 minute training session with a buddy
    ( all conducted by 3 x Mr fitness Australia )
  • Also, train in the cleanest studio in Brisbane by yourself for $10 per session or as many times as you like for $20 per week ( you must purchase at PT session that week to get the extra self session[s] )

All sessions must be booked by appointment including self sessions to regulate numbers of bodies in the studio at one given time.

  • 1.5m social distancing or 4m2
  • Max 5 people in the studio at once
  • Bring your own towel
  • Bring your own water bottle
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • And wash your hands

 

Mike has made some home workouts which are free just follow mike on Instagram ( @mrofit ) or Facebook ( Michael Schneider ).
Nutrition plans are 100% tailored to your wants and needs and are $199 and all completed on an in-depth online portal.
