These are simple, quick and effective workouts that you can perform at home or if you are unsure what to do at your local gym, you can use this fat burning formula as a guide to creating your own workout.
Just remember – a workout of any kind is better than no workout at all.

Choose as many exercises as you like to make your own circuit at home.
- Step -ups
- Jump squats
- Hill runs
- Burpees
- Plank
- Mountain climbers
- Sit ups
- Dips
- Push ups
- Crunches
- Squats
- Star jumps
Choose 4 exercises, 30 seconds each exercises, rest for 60 seconds after 1 complete circuit. Choose as many circuits as you wish.
