Our 8-week challenges are a fast way to shape up under the guidance of our professional staff.
Included are 8-week training plans designed for gym members or we have home training plans available so you can train in the comfort of your own home and privacy.
Nutrition plans are included in the program and are 100% designed for you so you don’t need to eat plain or boring foods.
Our food prep organiser Candice Smith will sit down with you and find out what foods you like the most and include them in your plan to help you stay on track easier under the close guidance of sports nutritionist and head coach Michael Schneider.
Before and after photos are included to see progress along with measurements and information on creating better lifestyle habits to reduce stress and a happier life.
1 group session with specialist trainer Shelley per week is included to push you beyond your limits and obtain the body you never thought you could achieve.
